Prevention

Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. Wear protective clothing. Contaminated work clothing must not be allowed out of the work place. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, and open flames. Keep container tightly closed. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. No smoking. Ground/bond container and receiving equipment. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting equipment where flammable vapors can be generated. Avoid breathing vapors. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wash hands and other exposed skin thoroughly after handling.

Response

If exposed or concerned, if eye irritation or skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with plenty of water/shower. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a poison center or doctor if you feel unwell. If swallowed: Immediately call a poison center or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. In case of fire: Use a Class B fire extinguisher (such as carbon dioxide, dry chemical).

Storage

Store locked up, in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Keep container tightly closed.

Disposal

Dispose of contents/container in accordance with all local, state, national, and international regulations.
