Principle Routes of Exposure
are ingestion of pellets and inhalation of dust. Ingestion is a low health risk because any potentially hazardous components are encapsulated. Inhalation of dust is a possibility in a regrind area. Potential for exposure exceeding the PEL exists. If adequate ventilation is not available in grinding areas respiratory protection is recommended for hazardous and/or nuisance dust.
