Environmental hazards

This product, when used under reasonable conditions and in accordance with the 3M directions for use, should not present a health hazard. However, use or processing of the product in a manner not in accordance with the product's directions for use may affect the performance of the product and may present potential health and safety hazards.

Potential health effects

Eye Contact: Contact with the eyes during product use is not expected to result in significant irritation. Skin Contact: Contact with the skin during product use is not expected to result in significant irritation. Inhalation: No health effects are expected. If thermal decomposition occurs: Vapors from heated material may cause irritation of the respiratory system. Signs/symptoms may include cough, sneezing, nasal discharge, headache, hoarseness, and nose and throat pain. Ingestion: No health effects are expected.

Environmental effects

This substance does not leach metals or other RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) listed TCLP (Toxic Characteristic Leaching Procedure) hazardous substances at concentrations that would make the product a hazardous waste. SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES 4.1 FIRST AID PROCEDURES The following first aid recommendations are based on an assumption that appropriate personal and industrial hygiene practices are followed.
