Potential health effects
The natural rubber latex may cause skin irritation and sensitisalion (an allergic skin reaction) in some individuals. Symptoms may include: dry, cracking skin; skin sores or bumps; and/or itching or rash under Skin: the glove area, and if sensitised a rash up the arm. Natural rubber latex allergy: (caused by proteins in the latex) This serious allergy can cause severe reactions Symptoms are: hives, skin rash, itching, swelling, sneezing and/or difficulty breathing
